Our Services are intended for a general audience that includes children, and we are committed to protecting children's privacy.

The child-directed portions of our Services are designed to limit the collection of personal information. In those portions of the Services, we collect only the limited persistent identifiers permitted under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") for the sole purpose of supporting the internal operation of the Services. These purposes include maintaining, securing, analyzing, and improving the Services; understanding usage and engagement; measuring performance and reliability; preventing fraud and abuse; and protecting the security and integrity of the Services.

We do not use children's information for advertising, behavioral profiling, or marketing purposes. We also do not use student or child data to train artificial intelligence models.

Personal Data You Provide. We collect Personal Data only when you choose to provide it directly to us. For example, when you complete our contact form, you may provide your name, email address, and birth year. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include in your message.

Automatically Collected Information. We use first-party and third-party cookies and similar technologies to collect information necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services. Depending on how you use the Services, this information may include persistent identifiers, such as anonymous analytics and session identifiers; device and browser information, such as browser type, operating system, device type, screen size, language settings, and user agent; usage and session information, such as pages and game experiences viewed, session duration, navigation paths, and interaction events; interactions within games to understand how games are used, diagnose technical issues, and improve performance; timestamps and referral information; and campaign parameters, such as UTM values and advertising click identifiers when present in the URL. Campaign Measurement.We use Meta's advertising measurement technology only in limited circumstances for marketing campaigns directed to adults, such as educators and parents, not to children. An identifier is loaded only when a visitor arrives at our Services directly from one of those campaigns. It is used solely to measure campaign effectiveness, such as whether a visitor reached our Services after clicking an advertisement.

We do not load any advertising technologies for visitors who arrive through any other source.

Cookies. A cookie is a small piece of information sent to your browser by a website you visit. Cookies may be stored for different periods of time. Third-Party Information Collection Through the Services. We use trusted third-party service providers, including AWS, Cloudflare, PostHog, Supabase, and Vercel, to provide hosting, infrastructure, security, analytics, and related services. Their processing of information is governed by their own privacy policies.

We also use third-party advertising measurement technology, as described in the Campaign Measurement section above. Information collected through those tools is processed under the applicable third-party privacy policy.
